Returns Policy

What can be returned?

Prasads Home and Garden will accept items to be returned if the product is faulty or under warranty. You will be required to fill in our contact us page and we will revert shortly. You must ensure the item has not been opened, if opened then you need to send the item back in its original box with all the original items included.

When do items need to be returned by?

Returns must be done within a seven 7 day period of buying the product.

Where do items need to be returned to?

You will be required to sent the item back to us at your cost. We will credit you with a store credit if a receipt is sent for the cost of postage.

Can I get a credit for returns?

We will endeavour to provide you with a different product that fits your needs, however, if we can't fix the issue a credit note will be issued. 

What if the product is faulty?

If a product or service is faulty, the customer has the choice of replacement, repair or refund. 

What if I change my mind? 

A store credit will be issued.
