This variety of cauliflower, Early Jesi, produces beautifully large white heads that can weigh more than 1.5kg, making it a great cool-season crop for all gardeners.

Like all brassicas, keep your plants protected from pests such as the White Cabbage Butterfly and its caterpillars by netting growing area or using decoys or deterrents.

When cauliflower head is forming, fold leaves overhead to ensure the head stays white.

Cauliflower head will form and mature in 100-160 days.
